The following sessions and classes take place at the Enjoy Pilates Studio

Private Session

Private sessions are a great way to get started with Pilates. These sessions are especially helpful if you are brand new to Pilates and want to ensure proper form in the exercises, are recovering from an injury or need modifications to exercises, or need help re-focusing on your fitness routine. Audrey tailors your workout program around your strengths and weaknesses and your fitness goals.

Duet Session

A Duet session is 2 people training together. Duets are fun and offer a great way to stay committed to a regular workout schedule at a reduced rate. Enjoy the benefits of private sessions but get the motivation that comes from training with a friend. Duet sessions require you and your partner commit to the same schedule every week and work best when you share similar physical abilities/goals.

Group Classes

The following classes are held at the Dance Palace Community & Cultural Arts Center, 503 B St, Point Reyes Station

  • Tuesday Morning Pilates – Tuesdays, 8:00am

    Using a floor mat and small props, this class focuses on basic Pilates principles: core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture. Every class is different to insure that the body is challenged in new ways. This class moves at a brisk pace and some Pilates experience is helpful. Classes run in 8 week sessions around the calendar.
    $88 for all 8 weeks when paid on first day of session
    Drop in any time – $16 per class

  • Gentle Pilates – Tuesdays, 9:30am

    This fun class is specifically designed for those who cannot get down to the floor. The class focuses on basic Pilates principles: core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture. You will move in all planes of motion while seated as well as standing. This well-rounded program also includes exercises that focus on balance and stability.
    Classes run in 8 week sessions around the calendar.
    $88 for all 8 weeks when paid on first day of session
