Thank you for visiting my web site and researching Enjoy Pilates. I first discovered Pilates in 2005 and quickly fell in love with it. I found it to be intuitive and in sync with my personal style of exercise. I decided to focus my attention and energy to the practice of the method and soon thereafter began my teacher training education. I initially took a comprehensive training (on mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Chair) through Stott Pilates, an internationally recognized and respected provider of teacher trainings worldwide. Over the years I’ve deepened my knowledge and understanding of movement through participation in countless classes, workshops and seminars led by fabulous and inspiring teachers. I am certified to teach Pilates safely and effectively to people from all walks of life. I attribute my great energy and vitality to my Pilates practice. Being fit and able to engage in one’s favorite activities without restriction is the basis of my fitness philosophy. I hope to share the benefits of Pilates with as many people as possible, particularly men and women of a certain age. I want to help them improve their muscular strength, bone density, mobility and flexibility and make a difference in their feelings of well-being through teaching positive, conscious movement. As I do, I want everyone to enjoy Pilates!
